Fans Flock to RBmedia’s “The Idea of You” Audiobook as the Movie Tops Streaming Charts

RBmedia today announced that it is the audiobook publisher for Robinne Lee’s “The Idea of You,” the basis for one of the most watched movies on Amazon Prime, ranking at #1 its first week. New book-to-screen versions of some of the company’s fan-favorite audiobooks and many of the most anticipated film, TV, and streaming releases will also release in coming months—including “Fourth Wing,” “Bridgerton,” “Outlander,” “Cork O’Connor,” “Ransom Canyon,” and “The Murderbot Diaries.”

BenBella Books and Recorded Books to Publish Gypsy-Rose Blanchard's My Time to Stand: A Memoir

The memoir of Gypsy-Rose Blanchard, written with Melissa Moore and Michele Matrisciani, is coming from BenBella Books in hardcover and ebook and Recorded Books in audio in January 2025. After 10 years of incarceration for having her boyfriend murder her mother, Gypsy will finally tell the true story of her life of unspeakable abuse that was made world famous by the Golden Globe and Emmy award–winning Hulu series, The Act.

RBmedia Names Digital Media Veteran as New CEO

RBmedia today announced Michael Paull as its new Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Paull brings decades of digital media and technology industry expertise to RBmedia. He was most recently the President of Disney’s Direct to Consumer businesses, preceded by senior leadership roles at Amazon Digital Video and Digital Music, Sony Music Entertainment, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Paull will succeed former CEO Tom MacIsaac.
