With over 30 years of experience, he's responsible for RBmedia's global audiobook production operations, overseeing the infrastructure and teams that produce nearly 10,000 titles annually—the largest production capability in the world.

Troy Juliar
Troy is our Co-President and Chief Content Officer, joining in 2003. With nearly 25 years of audio publishing expertise, he leads all aspects of our content strategy and acquisitions. Under his leadership, his team secures approximately 10,000 titles annually and continues to grow our diverse catalog.

Chief Product and Marketing Officer
John Shea
John is our Chief Product and Marketing Officer. He joined RBmedia in 2016 and brings over 30 years of tech and media product, marketing and operations experience. John's team is responsible for marketing all RBmedia titles as well as corporate marketing and product management globally.

Andrew is our Chief Information Officer and joined in 2026. With over 20 years of tech and media experience, Andrew leads RBmedia's IT and software development teams, building the digital infrastructure that powers our global operations.

Amanda Ridout
Amanda is the founder and CEO of Boldwood Books. She formerly served as the CEO of Head of Zeus and Managing Director of Phaidon, HarperCollins, and Headline. She brings 35 years of experience in independent and corporate publishing and is dedicated to growing the Boldwood business and strengthening our international and foreign language publishing and author services.

Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Wilson
Dan is our Chief Financial Officer and joined RBmedia in 2025. With nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience in media, edtech, and publishing, he oversees RBmedia's finance, accounting, and tax functions, providing the financial and organizational foundation which helps to position the company for continued success.
